Whether they need help building recruiting processes, attracting top talent, or payrolling contractors, we can help.Job DescriptionGTM Sourcer supporting EMEA commercial hiring for well-known AI ClientPosition Details:12 month contract, extension potentialPay Rate: $145.00/hrLocation: Remote - PST preferred (CST acceptable)Key Responsibilities:Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for GTM commercial roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success) across the EMEA regionBuild and maintain strategic talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs, with particular focus on technical partner roles and AI-adjacent commercial positionsConduct comprehensive market research and competitive talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates and market trends within EMEADevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced search methodologiesManage end-to-end candidate outreach, qualification, and relationship building through Gem CRM and other recruitment toolsCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and technical competencies needed for commercial/sales positionsTrack, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics including pipeline velocity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality indicatorsProvide actionable market insights and talent availability assessments to inform hiring strategy and resource planningQualifications3+ years sourcing experience with GTM/commercial roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, CS)Demonstrated experience sourcing technical partners - applied AI architects or engineers who understand the technical skillset for commercial/sales hiringEMEA market knowledge and GTM experience; must be able to talent map and drive searches strategicallyGem CRM proficiency (required)LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search fluencyData-driven - candidates should have metrics and impact quantified on their resumeResume stability expected; note contract roles or personal departures explicitly in submissionsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
