This is a customer-facing role where youll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades. What You'll Do Engage shopperswith confidence and professionalism Spark conversationsand identify interested homeowners Capture leadsfor free in-home garage door upgrade estimates Submit leadsvia iPad or paper form Represent a respected local brandwith pride What You Bring Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers Ability to stand and interact for 48 hours per shift Reliable, punctual, and coachable Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required) Work Conditions Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments No hard selling just friendly conversations Flexible schedule Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.
