Our culture is built on bringing together the most talented engineers, thinkers, and creatives—backed by the world's leading investors—working together to make the future a reality.As Consultant & Sales Support (Solution & Channel Enablement), you will shape PassiveLogic customer propositions, support customers in their adoption of PassiveLogic's technology, and deliver critical feedback back to the team for improvement of these processes. You will act as the bridge between customers, channel partners, and internal teams, translating complex technical capabilities into scalable commercial outcomes.You'll work across the full deal lifecycle: from early customer engagement and solution definition, through proposal development, to partner enablement and post-sale feedback. This role requires both technical fluency and commercial intuition, ensuring that every deal is structured for long-term success, scalability, and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers and partners on specific solutions, and create value propositions across key verticals and segmentsLead proposal development, including technical, commercial, and ROI positioningSupport pipeline development, deal qualification, and strategic account engagementStructure deals and pricing models (including autonomous building control plus installation & operations, as well as Enterprise wide (fleet wide) performance and business intelligence platform, the latter being a software based business model)Develop and maintain all channel-facing collateral (product, design, installation, commissioning, operations, and GTM materials)Enable and train MSI/channel partners to effectively position, deploy, and operate solutionsAct as bridge between sales, product, and engineering to ensure alignment of customer requirements and solution capabilitiesCapture market feedback, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product and strategyMaintain and ensure accuracy of CRM, including pipeline, opportunities, and reportingSupport demos, events, and thought leadership activities to increase market visibilityWhat Success Looks Like in 3-6 MonthsHigher win ratesFaster partner ramp-upStronger deal quality (unit economics, scalability)Tight feedback loop between market and productWhat you'll bringYou must haveProven experience:Experience in inside sales, technical sales, sales engineering, or technical supportStrong understanding of building systems or HVACSystems, productivity & AI fluency: Experience with CRM platforms and using AI tools to automate workflows, manage pipelines, and improve efficiencyExcellent communication skillsHighly organized and self-drivenYou should haveExperience optimizing CRM workflows and automationFamiliarity with AI tools for sales and supportExperience integrating tools across the customer lifecycleIt's helpful to haveStartup experienceExperience with contractors or MEP firmsExperience implementing AI-driven tools for efficiencyCompensation, Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensationGenerous equity share packageMedical, dental and vision coverageDisability and life insurance optionsFlex PTOTeam-building eventsFree catered lunch in the office Monday — FridayFree ski pass (We are at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon)Free National Park passDiversity and inclusionDiversity, inclusion, and belonging is woven into our values and everything we do.
