Serves as administrative liaison to all hospital departments, agencies, and physicians and provides functional guidance to all units. Serves as a resources for decision-making concerning patient care services, non-clinical services, staffing and ensures that hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied.Job DescriptionEDUCATIONGraduate of an accredited school of nursing RequiredBSN PreferredCERTIFICATION & LICENSURERN-Registered Nurse of California RequiredBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider RequiredACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support RequiredExperiencePrevious clinical experience in area of expertise, minimum 3-5 yrs experience in an acute care setting Required. Must have working knowledge of TJC and CMS Standards.
