The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally with patients and staff, and is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Wellness Testing & Clinical ProceduresPerform pre-visit testing in preparation for Annual Wellness Visits and physicals, including EKGs, spirometry, audiometry, vision screening, and point-of-care lab collection (blood draws, urinalysis, glucose)Prepare and room patients, document vital signs, chief complaints, medication lists, and relevant health historyLPN candidates: Administer vaccinations and injections per clinical protocolPatient Check-In & FlowGreet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner consistent with the concierge care experienceVerify and update demographic, insurance, and pharmacy information in the EHRPrepare exam rooms and support smooth, unhurried patient flow throughout the dayTelephone TriageAnswer and triage incoming clinical calls from patients, assessing urgency and directing appropriatelyRelay lab results, prescription refill requests, and follow-up instructions under provider guidanceDocument all calls accurately in the patient record and escalate concerns promptlyQualificationsCurrent CT LPN license or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA or RMA certification preferred)Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or ambulatory setting preferredProficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Athena, or similar)Strong phlebotomy and clinical skillsExcellent verbal communication and professional phone mannerOrganized, calm, and patient-centered approach to careWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensation commensurate with experiencePaid time off and holidaysWarm, collegial team environmentOpportunities for professional growth within the practice
