We’re on the lookout for a Visual Manager to help bring our in-store experience to life - an Architectural Approach To Product. Think effortless style, inspiration from iconic American staples, and displays that feel straight out of California cool. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a feel for trends, and a love for making things look just right, we’d love to meet you.Responsibilities: Act as the visual expert for multiple doors, leading the setup and execution of all visual updates to ensure stores are exceeding visual standardsCollaborate with Visual Merchandising team to plan and implement floor changesDiligently style product displays with intention, staying aligned with brand guidelinesConstantly elevate, adapt, and evolve your doors’ visuals by evaluating the needs of the business and assessing sales and performance metricsRelentlessly invent and present new creative initiatives, ideas, and philosophies, ensuring merchandising strategies align with each season’s digital storytellingServe as a leader and educator to the retail team, training them on best practices for product placement, color theory, folding, and display maintenanceCreate written and video training materials as well as systems to ensure accountability on the floorCommunicate visual calendar and priorities to your store teamLead the organization of special in-store eventsRequired Skills:3+ years of visual experience in a high volume, customer-oriented retail environment - experience in a management role preferredYou are extremely entrepreneurial with an independent work ethicYou have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across Retail, HQ, and WarehouseYou’re creative, hands-on, and have a keen understanding of what makes an excellent in-store experience for customersYou're comfortable lifting, climbing, and getting a little dusty in the name of good designWork occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidaysFounded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen Ford, Buck Mason makes simplified clothing for the modern man. While the base salary range for this role is $60k-$80k, your total compensation package may include bonuses and other perks tailored to your role.
