The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, web services, and application architecture, along with proven leadership experience guiding development teams and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Java developers in a collaborative, high-performance environment.Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.Develop and integrate SOAP and RESTful web services.Utilize Java libraries and frameworks to build efficient, maintainable applications.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues using Splunk and related tools.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership on design decisions.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.Stay current with emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, and evaluate their application in enterprise solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise software projects.Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.Expertise in developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful web services.Experience with Java libraries and frameworks.Hands-on experience with Splunk for application monitoring and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and technologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and business needs.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
