Production Assistant Position

We are hiring a Production Assistant to support our Production and Packaging operations. This is a great opportunity to build new skills while working closely with a supportive team. Duties & Responsibilities· Operate production equipment (including sewing and cutting equipment) to support manufacturing· Package finished goods for accurate and timely shipping· Perform cycle counts and help organize inventory and stock areas· Maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures· Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned Qualifications· Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn· Sewing experience is a plus· Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks in a production environment· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures· Organized with effective time management skills· Strong verbal communication skills; basic written communication skills· Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively across departments Why Join UsWe offer full-time hours, a convenient location near public transit, and a supportive environment where you can grow your skills.
