Minimum QualificationsAssociate's degree in IT or related field, or 5 years related IT experience.Experience supporting users in a manufacturing or plant/distribution environment preferred.Technical Skills: Office 365, Active Directory, Imaging, End User Support, SCCM, Windows 10/11, Basic Networking (TCP/IP / LAN / Wi-Fi), ITSM Ticketing Systems, Zebra Printers / Label Systems, RF ScannersPreferred: SAP or Epicor (basic familiarity), Druva InSync backup tools, VMware, Predator / DNC Software.Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision under site IT lead direction.
