Servicing clients that include individuals, businesses and business owners that range from start-ups to large, established entities and publicly traded companies. Assisting clients in all phases of their operations and corporate life cycles, from formation to succession, including transactions, litigation and dispute resolution. Servicing commercial real estate matters as well as noncompete/trade secret, employment, business and real estate-related litigation represent significant areas of practice for the firm. Such clients do business throughout Georgia and across the United States, as well as internationally.Role Overview:Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced labor and employment attorney who has a proven track record in labor and employment law servicing clients across the whole spectrum of labor and employment.Responsibilities:4+years' Experience in labor and employment law.Counselling and Litigating on matters for companies across the entire spectrum of labor and employment issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour.Restrictive covenants and non compete experience is a plus.Labor Relations experience ideal.Requirements:4+ years’ experience in labor and employment law.Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.Benefits:Health insuranceDisability insuranceInsuranceRetirement plan and more.
