Facility Services Coordinator

Position Summary: Facility Service Coordinator may be required to perform various tasks and duties to include, but not limited to, driving a company vehicle, delivering plant mail and light office work. Essential Functions Maintain the plant Storeroom as primary responsibility. Manage the day-to-day mail sorting internal/external mail and distributing. Maintain the upkeep of the site conference rooms and rearrange for meetings as necessary. Manage visitors PPE in the respective areas; i.e. Administration building PPE room. Provide support to Shipping and Receiving as time allows to be determined by your supervisor. Respond to requests for minor maintenance in the Administration building and other office locations as needed, i.e. building 16, 008. Manage subcontractors and issue appropriate work permits to complete work assignments if assigned by the Facilities Superintendent. Meet with Supervisor daily/weekly reporting on any open work assignments. Serve as back up to Facility Superintendent as needed. Adhere to all intellectual property standards, safety, health and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures and encourage/require other personnel to do the same as appropriate. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: High School diploma 1-3 years related work experience Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and wear required personal protective equipment. Fundamental knowledge and ability to navigate Microsoft software, including Word and Excel Oracle experience a plus Ability to quickly learn other computer and data entry software as needed Communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Prioritization- ability to prioritize work without immediate supervision Administrative skills- faxing, filing, typing, copying, scanning scheduling etc. Multi-tasking- Ability to effectively work on more than one project at a time Accuracy/ Attention to Detail Valid Driver’s license Fork lift certification Ability to use simple hand tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Forklift: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
