Florida Licensed Escrow Officer
A company is looking for an Escrow Officer in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Open, process, and help close escrow transactions
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties
Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
2+ years of proven experience in escrow or title preferred
Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions
Familiarity with escrow or transaction management software (Qualia a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
