Software Support Engineer – Distributed 3D Simulation

Cambridge, MAMAK Technologies is currently seeking a Software Support Engineer to support our extensive customer base and distributor network around the world. The Software Support Engineer will be a full-time member of the VR-Forces engineering team within the MAK Product Division. This customer-facing role is responsible for managing and responding to technical support requests, working directly with customers on a daily basis, and occasionally delivering product training. The engineer will also collaborate closely with all parts of the company including engineering, quality assurance, and sales.
