We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow with us, make a difference and be part of something meaningful.Essential FunctionsFull understanding of the MLS commission process and amountsOversee the MLS case queue and ensure communication or resolution within 48 business hoursAbility to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external MLS agentsCapable of managing high volumes of high-priority cases efficientlyMaintain communication with Vendor Setup and AP to guarantee timely dispatch of paymentsCommunicate with team supervisor to update set commission rate and available concession packages for homes to be posted on MLSCommunicate with local market for home description discrepancies, Rently box availability, and home status updatesAssist agents with home availability and accessing homesDaily inbox and chat review for MLS communications and teamworkAttend MLS(s) webinars and review written material as needed to ensure thorough understanding of posting procedures and the rules and regulations for all MLS(s) utilized by Progress ResidentialQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required (preference to BS/BA degree in business or related service experience)3-5 years' experience in payment processing preferredSalesforce and Yardi experience is a plusMLS experience is a plusStrong organizational skills to work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment.Strong data entry skillsAble to work flexibly and productively in a fast changing, growth companyExcellent oral and written communication skillsWorks independently with little supervisionHighly detail orientedWhat you can expect from us:Competitive Compensation - Including performance-based bonuses that reward your contributions.Comprehensive Benefits Package - Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, 401(k) with company match and more.Generous Time Off Enjoy PTO based on tenure, 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday.Ongoing Learning and Development - Quarterly summits, town hall meetings and continuous training to support your professional growth.A Culture that Celebrates You - We believe in collaboration, recognition and having fun while doing important work.This summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
