Ability to build a positive work environment by fostering collaboration and trust among staff. Ability to coach for effective performance and give timely and constructive feedback. PhilosophyQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Social Science or related field required, Masters degree a plus;two (2) years' experience working in a residential program and; two (2) years' supervisory experience and;five (5) years' experience with developmental disabilities;All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
