Ensure appropriate training, knowledge-transfer takes place to meet these expectations.•Monitor, and provide effective supervision of, contractor/consultant service delivery and service billings to ensure they are accurate and that performance continues to align with statements of work.•Collaborate and work effectively with other IS teams/resources in delivering required solutions.
