You will experience a rewarding practice, diverse cases, and an exceptional lifestyle in this picturesque region.Position HighlightsThe Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh is a community hospital with 84 beds, blending advanced resources with a dedication to delivering personalized and compassionate care.As part of the Oshkosh team, you will provide coverage at both the Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh and the new hospital in Fond du Lac, set to open in 2023.Enjoy a varied case mix, including general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, some neurosurgery, and women's health.You will supervise CRNAs outside of obstetrics, as epidurals are performed by physicians; the care team model is 1:3 to 1:4.Work collaboratively with a cohesive group of anesthesiologists and surgeons in a dynamic environment.No in-house call is required, but you must be within a 30-minute radius of the hospital.Full-time options are also available, allowing you to choose what suits you best.CompensationWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $550,000, prorated for part-time positions.Integrated OrganizationJoin a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.
