Overview: Actively looking for candidates who are interested in making a career in CAD Drafting. No previous experience required. Requirements: 1. Experience with or interest in using MicroStation 2. High School Diploma 3. Desire to work in a drafting role long term 4. Open to learning new software 5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment 6. Have a go-getter attitude and be hungry to work Additional Skills & Qualifications: CAD Drafters will get 100% on the job training for the first 1-2 weeks. After training, this person will be put on to a team lead by a QC Specialist. Post training, the drafters will be responsible for doing Microstation drafting work.
