Document Control Coordinator
Job Description:
Air Liquide Large Industries provides our customers with industrial gas and energy solutions that are vital to
their own industrial production. We own and operate over 2,000 miles of industrial gas pipelines in the U.S.
supplying mainly oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and syngas in large quantities from multiple production sources
to major customers in the chemicals, petrochemicals, refining and steel industries. Our pipeline operations and
industrial gas production facilities are closely monitored 24/7 within our leading-edge operations control center
located in Houston, Texas. Our operations control group monitors over 89,000 data points and assists with
product supply and coordination. We are constantly optimizing our supply network to provide high reliability and
energy efficiencies allowing Air Liquide to adjust supply needs more quickly and effectively enabling growth to
our customers.
This 6 month contract role shall be located in Houston, TX
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Duties and responsibilities
● Performs administrative duties in support of the Documentation department in an ISO/AS environment.
● Prepares documentation importpackets for approval into the EDMS system.
● Assists with importing approved electronic document packages.
● Identify and classify documents or other electronic content according to characteristics such as security
level, function, and metadata.
● Retrieve electronic assets from the repository for revision updates and quality improvements and return
to the repository.
● Maintains, organizes, and updates documents in electronic drawing management systems.
● Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents
● Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into document management systems.
● Search electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information.
● Perform other duties as assigned by manager; assisting with documentation writing such that
documents are compliant, easy to use, and complete.
● This position requires a hands-on individual contributor that is capable of working
Qualifications
● Strong communication and organization skills both verbal and written
● Organized work habits and the ability to multi-task required
● 2 years of previous document control experience in an engineering, construction, or technical office is
preferred
● Having worked with Accruent Meridian EDMS or other electronic document management system
● Proficient in MS Office and preferably Google Suite applications with specific expertise in creating
advanced macros and lookups in MS Excel or Google Sheets
● Expertise in Computer Aided Design CAD software: Autodesk AutoCAD.
● Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 2-5 years of related job experience

● Duration: This a one-time project period, but could become an indefinite need for a professional with
mid level skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
