We're looking to add to our team in various branches throughout RI.If you're an experienced banking professional, or you have similar work experience with skills that will successfully assist you to grow into this role, this opportunity may be for you.What your responsibilities will be:While actively engaging with the customer, process customer transactions accuratelyUnderstanding and applying bank policies and proceduresProvide a superior banking experience for the customer through a relationship building approachProactively seek and recommend the best products and services to fit the customer's needsContribute to the achievement of sales objectivesAccurately and efficiently process and manage customer transactionsUnderstand and navigate various bank systems and equipment (ATMs, cash counting machines, cash recycler)Qualifications that make you a good fit:Enthusiasm for working with customersPossessing the initiative to be successfulProven experience in a customer service environment, prior banking, or financial services experience a plusAn understanding of personal finance which includes bank products and servicesExperience handling cash and processing transactionsStrong computer skills with the ability to navigate various banking computer systemsExperience dealing with confidential customer informationStrong interpersonal skillsThe ability to initiate and maintain conversations that result in customer trust and banking relationshipsGreat listening skills to identify products and services to meet customer needsFlexibility to adapt to ongoing business changesWhat we offer:Exceptional training and professional development from day one.
