Overview
TheRecruiting Coordinatorplays a key role in managing and executinglaw student and entry-level recruiting initiatives , including hiring and onboarding efforts within a highly visible office environment.
This position partners closely withAttorney Recruiting & Development leadership , hiring partners, and recruitment committees to supportstrategic talent acquisition and integration . The role requires strong collaboration across offices and consistent interaction withsenior stakeholders , while operating in afully in-office, fast-paced professional setting .
Type: Direct hire, full time, fully on-site M-F in Miami
Schedule: Regular day hours
Pay: $70,000 - $83,000 salary range, depending on experience
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree required
• Must have2+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm directly
• Ability to work5 days per week in-office in Miami
• Strong attention to detail with exceptionalorganizational and project coordination skills
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillswith a professional and approachable demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in ahigh-volume recruiting environment
• Experience withApplicant Tracking Systemspreferred
• Familiarity withLinkedIn and social media recruiting toolspreferred
• Background inlegal recruiting or corporate professional services environmentsstrongly preferred
• Experience incoordinator-level roleswithin recruiting, HR, or business development functions preferred
Recruiting Coordinator Duties
• Coordinate and executelaw student and entry-level recruiting programs , including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications
• Partner with hiring partners, committees, and leadership to supportrecruitment strategy and hiring processes
• Manage thecandidate lifecycle , from application through onboarding and integration
• Collaborate with internal teams to supporttalent development and recruiting initiatives
• Maintain accurate data and workflows withinApplicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
• Support and enhancecampus recruiting efforts, events, and outreach initiatives
• Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure aseamless candidate experience
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and process improvements to driveefficiency and consistency in recruiting operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates to supportlong-term talent pipeline development
