Senior Global Sourcing Analyst, Apparel/Outerwear

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Senior Global Sourcing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing seasonal and long-range sourcing strategies for key product categories. This role ensures alignment with company objectives for quality, delivery, profitability, and compliance, while supporting global initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role will focus on sourcing strategies for Outerwear and Technical Apparel categories.HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCESource Planning & StrategyDevelop and maintain seasonal source strategies within long range source planning tools and executive summaries.Analyze vendor capacity, cost competitiveness, and compliance to optimize sourcing decisions.Monitor global customs and trade regulations; assess implications and develop risk mitigation plans.Support long-range planning and strategic initiatives across global sourcing regions.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with stakeholders, including Product teams, Planning, Costing, and Quality teams to achieve business objectives.Communicate sourcing changes and updates to stakeholders effectively.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure vendor compliance with labor and sustainability standards through responsible sourcing.Support corrective actions and resourcing when compliance issues arise.YOU HAVEBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing or supply chain management.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.Knowledge of global manufacturing and costing processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Travel up to 15% international travelPreferred Skills:Familiarity with sustainability and compliance standardsIndustry expertise in optimized sourcing strategies for Outerwear and Technical Apparel categories.Understanding of evolving global trade regulations and their impact on sourcing decisions.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.#Hybrid#LI-LC1This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities, but constitutes a general definition of the position's scope and function in the company.
