To support customers in understanding and applying compensation data, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant, Data Insights will manage compensation advisory conversations, diagnose data quality issues, and translate compensation data into actionable insights for HR and executive stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesSupport customers in pricing jobs, benchmarking roles, and managing internal equityDiagnose and address data quality issues and advise on appropriate data sets and market pricing strategiesTranslate compensation data into compelling narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and executive leadersRequired qualifications4-7+ years of experience in compensation, compensation consulting, or data-driven advisory rolesDeep understanding of compensation benchmarking and market data interpretationStrong ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience engaging with senior HR and Finance leadersProven ability to influence decisions through insight and credibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
