Position Summary: Manages the removal of cash boxes and the proper counting of cash and vouchers from gaming device bill acceptors. Manages and ensures proper and accurate record keeping and the storage of all gaming-related records and forms.

1. Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates #AddLife culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
2. Hires, motivates, trains, coaches, mentors, and directs staff to ensure that Team Members receive leadership, guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.
3. Responsible for creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
4. Establishes department standards, guidelines and objectives, and maintains other administrative processes such as budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation of assigned areas.
5. Works with Surveillance and Security to develop and maintain drop route.
6. Monitors count room activity for cleanliness, safe working conditions and practices, and compliance with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations.
7. Ensures the proper removal and counting of all vouchers and currency from gaming bill acceptors and table games drop boxes.
8. Controls the storage of gaming-related records and forms.
9. Prepares and generates gaming device, cash and voucher and win reports at the end of the count.
10. Handles minor mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
11. Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: In addition to the other duties described herein, each Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations.
· Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
· Obtain and retain required license(s).
· Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
· Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
· Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.
· Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
· Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
Position Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED certificate is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Excellent skills in math, and a proficiency in PC programs, such as Microsoft Office, and menu-driven programs is required. Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
· Required competencies include initiative, time management, decision-making, communication proficiency and organizational skills.
· Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels and varied light levels including flashing lights.
· Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and indemnifications requisite to the successful completion of all essential responsibilities.
· Must meet or exceed all regulatory conditions stipulated for individuals holding this or similar positions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights
Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
