Our client, a premier global data and analytics leader, is looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to join their People Operational Excellence team. This isn't just a scheduling role; it's a strategic partnership.You will primarily support two key senior leaders-the Head of People Operational Excellence and the Corporate Functions People Partner-within a global team of over 200 people. We are looking for an EA who thrives in complexity, navigates global time zones with ease, and knows how to "make things happen" across a large, sophisticated organization.What's the Job?Complex Calendar Architecture: Take full ownership of intricate executive calendars, coordinating heavily with C-level leaders and external partners (consulting firms, tech partners, and global HR vendors).Global Travel Logistics: Manage extensive travel arrangements, including frequent international trips (~8 per year) and domestic travel, utilizing Concur and external travel partners.High-Volume Expense Management: Execute monthly T&E reporting via Concur with precision and speed.Meeting & Event Production: Support monthly leadership meetings and quarterly town halls by drafting agendas, collecting topics from the leadership team, and preparing all digital materials.Matrix Navigation: Partner effectively with a strong internal EA culture to ensure seamless coordination across global and regional teams.What's Needed?Experience: 5+ years of EA experience preferred. Crucial: You must come from a large, global, highly matrixed organization (e.g., Fortune 500, Global 2000). Experience at a firm like Estée Lauder is a significant plus.Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Concur (Travel & Expense) is required.
