The Leasing Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, effectively managing leasing processes, maintaining resident satisfaction to promote retention, and ensuring lease compliance. Key responsibilities include communicating with residents, managing lease renewals, and supporting community operations by addressing resident and prospective tenant inquiries. Qualifications Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to ensure tenant satisfaction and engagementExperience in managing Leases and Lease Administration with high attention to detailExcellent Communication skills for interacting with residents, prospective tenants, and team membersAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentProblem-solving abilities and strong organizational skillsExperience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus
