The successful candidate will lead the Talent Management Team, working closely with leadership, managers, and employees to develop and implement an integrated talent strategy. This includes all aspects of the talent lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement, and is particularly focused on human capital. The role involves creating and implementing programs for onboarding, training, career development, succession planning, and performance management. The Global Head of Talent Management will also be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, using data to drive decision-making, and ensuring that the company's values are embedded in all talent management processes.
