In this role, you will oversee and manage the nutritional care of residents, helping to improve their overall health, wellness, and quality of life through individualized dietary support and clinical nutrition services.The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in long-term care nutrition, passionate about resident-centered care, and committed to maintaining high standards of dietary compliance and clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents and develop individualized care plansProvide nutritional counseling and education to residents and family membersCollaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care goalsMonitor residents' nutritional status and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventionsAdjust nutrition plans and recommendations based on residents' changing needsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and facility dietary regulations and policiesMaintain accurate documentation of nutritional assessments, progress notes, and care plansSupport meal planning, dietary management, and food service coordination within the facilityQualifications & RequirementsActive Registered Dietitian (RD) license requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferredStrong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, dietary supplements, and food service operationsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamExperience with meal planning and dietary management systems preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents' livesCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesIf you are passionate about improving resident health through quality nutritional care, we encourage you to apply today!IND123
