You will join our cross-functional Optimization team comprised of Data Scientists, Creatives, Developers, and Producers. You will own test intake, workflow coordination, stakeholder communication, and program documentation to ensure our experimentation pipeline runs with precision and velocity.If you're passionate about bringing structure and rigor to a fast-moving, high-visibility optimization program, we encourage you to apply. We're building an incredible function and believe you'll find a highly energized environment where your operational expertise drives meaningful business impact.Key Qualifications:Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced digital or marketing environment.Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar sprint-based frameworks).Experience with project tracking and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalents.Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to run effective syncs, produce clear status reports, and escalate risks proactively.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across different stages of development without losing detail.Strong documentation instincts — able to produce intake forms, PRDs, decision logs, retrospectives, and living roadmaps.Comfortable operating autonomously in an ambiguous environment with senior visibility.Team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines — data science, creative, engineering, and marketing.Highly beneficial (but not required)Experience in a digital marketing or A/B testing environment.Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target or Optimizely.Experience working with or alongside data science and analytics teams.Prior agency or vendor-side experience supporting a large enterprise client.Core responsibilities cover three pillars:Test Execution & Workflow Management:Own the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B test requests — from intake and prioritization through launch coordination and results documentation. Manage the test backlog using a structured prioritization framework (e.g. PIE scoring) and ensure tests move through the pipeline on schedule.Partner with Data Scientists, Creatives, and Developers to align on test populations, KPIs, runtime requirements, and launch readiness. Serve as the connective tissue across workstreams to eliminate blockers and keep projects on track.Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:Run weekly stakeholder syncs, produce clear status reports, and maintain program dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into test velocity, backlog health, and results.Manage escalation pathways for risks and blockers. Ensure the right people have the right information at the right time — from pod leads to senior leadership.Program Operations & Documentation:Maintain living program documentation including sprint plans, intake forms, roadmaps, decision logs, and retrospective outputs. Build and continuously improve operational systems that allow the program to scale toward 150+ tests annually.Partner with Data Scientists and the broader Optimization team on process improvements, tooling enhancements, and knowledge management initiatives to increase program maturity over time.Education Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification desirable.Minimum 8–12 years of relevant program or project management experience.Pay:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $175,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.Benefits:As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
