Senior Accountant

Work with the Accounting Research Manager on a variety of technical and complex items, including the implementation and evaluation of new financial accounting standards, the accounting treatment and disclosure for new or unusual business transactions and maintaining and developing accounting policies. Additionally, provide support to the financial reporting department to ensure compliance with all U.S. GAAP and SEC financial disclosure requirements while being a liaison to external auditors.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited college or university3+ years of relevant work experience: Public Accounting preferredCPA or planning on getting CPA certificationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information and collaborate across departments
