Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Enter orders for production - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Experience with outbound calling and sales is an advantage - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries, provide support, and ensure their satisfaction.
