The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with diverse needs, develop individualized care plans, and assist in achieving optimal recovery through rehabilitation techniques. This role involves performing assessments, designing therapy sessions, providing patient education, and collaborating with peers to deliver exceptional care.QualificationsKnowledge and expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and MedicineStrong skills in Patient Care and Home Care managementCurrent Physical Therapist license in the state of New YorkExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environmentExperience working with diverse patient populations is preferredCPR certification is a plus
