BMI Specialist

We’re looking for a Mid-Level BIM Specialist to support project delivery through strong model development, coordination, and documentation. This role sits between entry-level production and senior BIM leadership and is ideal for someone who can work independently while collaborating with project teams.Responsibilities· Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models (Revit-based) across multiple disciplines· Produce construction documents, details, and schedules from BIM models· Support model coordination and clash detection efforts· Ensure models comply with company BIM standards and project requirements· Collaborate with project managers, designers, and consultants· Assist with BIM execution plans and quality control· Troubleshoot modeling and documentation issuesQualifications· 3–6 years of BIM experience in architecture, engineering, or construction· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)· Solid understanding of construction documents and workflows· Experience with model coordination tools (Navisworks preferred)· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines· Strong communication and teamwork skillsNice to Have· Experience with Dynamo, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 / ACC· Familiarity with BIM standards, families, and templates
