Payroll Generalist
Payroll Generalist,We are seeking an experienced Payroll Generalist to join our team. We are a growing Payroll and HR Management Company, in a relaxed office atmosphere. (This is an in-office position only) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and payroll tax filing experience within a multiple client office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. This is currently a part-time position, but may lead to an opportunity for full-time. Starting hourly rate is 24 per hour for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Process payroll for multiple clients.Ensure client company compliance with federal and state regulations.Handle payroll inquiries from clients and their employees.Perform payroll tax filing procedures as needed.Maintain accurate company client employee records and documentationCollaborate with team members to improve payroll processesQualifications:.5+ years of experience in payroll administration.Working knowledge using payroll software platforms. (Will provide training with our proprietary software.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as with team members.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CPP) is a plus but not required.If you are a detail-oriented HR Professional with a passion for payroll, we want to hear from you!
