Our commitment to quality and service has established us as leaders in the roofing industry.Key Responsibilities:Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home sales presentations weeklyAssess customer needs and present roofing solutions effectivelyClose high ticket sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targetsProvide outstanding customer service throughout the sales processParticipate in company training and stay current with product knowledgeCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experienceOperate as a road warrior, traveling to customer appointments as scheduledRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in high ticket or commission-based rolesProven track record of closing sales and achieving sales goalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quicklyStrong negotiation skills and customer-focused approachValid driver's license and reliable transportationComfortable working in a commission-driven environment and self-motivatedAbility to work independently while managing a flexible scheduleTechnologically savvy with proficiency in mobile devices and CRM toolsCompensation and Schedule:Competitive commission-based pay with on-target earnings between $150,000 and $300,000 annuallyWeekly draw against commission plus uncapped earning potentialPre-scheduled appointments Monday through Saturday with flexible hoursComprehensive paid training program includedJoin Southern National Roofing to leverage your sales skills in a rewarding role with a respected industry leader.
