Mativ is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer / Chemist for the Brownville & Lowville mills in NY. You will oversee process optimization from raw materials to finished goods, evaluate equipment and control strategies, and drive cost reductions while collaborating with Operations and Technical teams.
You will support safety initiatives, quality performance, and capital projects, with travel up to 10%. Strong leadership and communication across levels are required.
