Workday Product DirectorLocation: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)Employment Type: 6 months Contract-to-HireExperience Level: Senior LeadershipWe are seeking an experienced Workday Product Director to lead enterprise-wide strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Workday Financials and Procurement solutions within a large and complex public-sector environment.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving product strategy, overseeing large cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday Financial Management, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for Workday Financials and Procurement modulesLead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of functional analysts, administrators, and technical specialistsPartner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align Workday initiatives with organizational goalsOversee implementation projects, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and optimization initiativesDrive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across finance and procurement processesServe as the primary liaison between business and technical teamsManage Workday integrations, reporting, and platform capabilities to support enterprise operationsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, data governance, and security standardsLead stakeholder communication, training, and change management effortsMonitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery successRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise financial systems and ERP environments5+ years of leadership experience managing large cross-functional teamsDeep expertise with Workday Financials, Procurement, and related modulesStrong understanding of Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and optimizationProven experience leading large-scale Workday implementations and enterprise transformation initiativesStrong knowledge of finance, procurement, and operational business processesExperience working within large public-sector, government, or highly complex enterprise environmentsExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with Workday Studio, Workday Integrations, and reporting toolsPreferred QualificationsWorkday certificationsMBA or advanced degreeExperience with additional ERP platformsStrong background in enterprise governance, compliance, and change managementWhat We’re Looking ForStrategic thinker with strong execution capabilitiesProven leader who can influence across all organizational levelsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellenceAbility to thrive in complex, fast-moving enterprise environmentsIf you are interested in leading enterprise-scale Workday transformation initiatives and driving impactful modernization efforts, we’d love to connect.
