Software Test Analyst II

You design and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct validation activities, and identify and report defects to ensure high-quality software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in an agile environmentResponsibilitiesAuthors and reviews test scriptsConducts manual testing (included construction of test data) and collects test evidenceCollaborates with the product team on requirements elicitation to make sure requirements are complete and testableCollaborates with quality assurance team to ensure teams compliance responsibilities are met (our products are GxP and ISO compliant)Triages issues/defects, including support issuesBuilds expertise on one or more major features of a single software applicationOperates with minimal oversight, and proactively engages with leadership when necessaryConsistently meets all compliance requirements for the assigned project and broader organizationEscalates to management appropriately and as neededPro-actively creates written documentation to improve the documented assets for a productMakes clear efforts to produce deliverables that do not require revisionGives consideration to how a deliverable will be tested and/or reviewedCan lead a project when supported by more senior members of the teamDevelops an understanding of the business domain associated with assigned workDevelops a growth plan in collaboration with management, and makes continual progress against thatQualifications-Bachelor's degree or similar work experience2+ years of experience in similar rolesExperience working in a highly collaborative agile software organizationCertara bases all employment-related decision on merit, taking into consideration qualifications, skills, achievement, and performance.
