With a growing team of 30 employees, they specialize in providing high-quality property management and guest experiences. They pride themselves on efficiency and high-touch service, utilizing remote talent to maintain their reputation as a premier provider in the Florida vacation rental market.The RoleOur Client is seeking a high-energy, "out-of-the-box" thinker to join their team as a Sales & Guest Relations Assistant. This role is the bridge between a prospective guest and their perfect vacation. You won't just be answering phones; you will be analyzing guest needs, matching them with the ideal properties, and coordinating additional services to enhance their stay. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, possesses a sharp memory, and has the sales instinct to close inquiries while maintaining a warm, hospitable tone.Key Responsibilities Sales & Guest Inquiry ManagementActs as the first point of contact for guest inquiries regarding property features, availability, and pricing.Analyzes guest needs to offer tailored solutions and upsell additional services (concierge, transport, etc.).Maintains a fast response time to ensure high conversion rates for booking inquiries.Executes tasks and follow-ups assigned by the Sales Manager with high precision and urgency.Operational CoordinationManages the schedule for additional guest services, ensuring all logistics are in place before guest arrival.Oversees the ID verification process for incoming guests to maintain property security and compliance.Completes all necessary paperwork and documentation related to bookings on time.Ensures all guest questions are answered thoroughly, leaving them confident in their upcoming stay.Data & Task ManagementMaintains a robust memory of property portfolios to provide immediate and accurate information to guests.Tracks service schedules to ensure third-party vendors and internal teams are aligned.Proactively identifies potential issues in the booking or verification process and solves them before they impact the guest.Qualifications, Skills, and Key CompetenciesExperience: Proven experience in Sales, Hospitality, or a high-volume Customer Support role.Language: Fluent English communication skills (Any accent is welcome).Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating booking platforms and task management software; must have reliable personal computer and high-speed internet.Cognitive Skills: Exceptional memory, multitasking ability, and the capacity to analyze a situation and provide a solution quickly.Personality: Very outgoing and resilient; does not get stressed by a high volume of tasks or fast-paced shifts.Preferred QualificationsBilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a significant plus.Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Vacation Rental (Short-term rental) or Travel industry.BenefitsStability: Consistent full-time hours with a leading Florida-based hospitality firm.Remote Flexibility: 100% work-from-home position.Training: Comprehensive 2-week training period provided to ensure your success.Growth: Opportunity to work directly under a Sales Manager in a scaling business environment.
