Financial D&O/ Professional Liability Account Executive
Description : Act as the primary advisor for a portfolio of accounts within the Financial Lines vertical, providing consultative support on D&O, EPLI, Cyber, E&O, Fiduciary, and Crime coverages for large financial institutions, large investments firm, large law firms and the like. Initiate policy reviews, risk assessments, and coverage gap analyses to identify constructive opportunities for additional protection. Manage multiple client accounts of various complexities with precision and detail. Strategic Support and Team Oversight. Demonstrate mentorship for junior team members, supporting training and client-engagement initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments and carriers to process endorsements, issue certificates, and ensure timely delivery of documentation. Lead renewal strategy placement discussions, and complex negotiations with carriers. Market and Risk Strategy. Collaborate with internal team to market and customize best insurance solutions suitable for each client's unique circumstances. Lead preparation and presentation of underwriting submissions, risk assessments, and client-facing materials. Maintain close carrier relationships and stay ahead of market shifts impacting client portfolios. Requirements : 3+ years' experience in financial lines within an insurance brokerage. Expert knowledge of products, such as Directors and Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Errors and Omissions (E&O), and Cyber liabilities. Dynamic understanding of risk management principles and insurance market terms. Proficiency in Applied Epic (preferred). Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
