The role combines strong product management discipline with technical execution, requiring the ability to scope problems, prioritize effectively, and ship reliable, maintainable systems that drive measurable business impact.This is not a roadmap-only Product Management role. The ideal candidate is comfortable building production-grade solutions and operating independently across both product and technical responsibilities.What You'll DoProduct Management & Solution Ownership:Define business problems, success metrics, and operational requirements for internal AI systemsPrioritize initiatives based on impact, complexity, and business valueTranslate ambiguous operational needs into structured requirements and scalable solutionsBreak initiatives into iterative milestones and manage delivery from concept through deploymentTrack system adoption, operational impact, and ongoing performance metricsMake tradeoff decisions across speed, quality, scalability, and costAI Systems Design & Development:Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal AI-powered tools and workflowsDevelop systems that integrate AI models, data sources, automation, and operational workflowsImplement AI-driven capabilities including prompting, retrieval, and workflow automationEnsure systems are reliable, observable, scalable, and maintainableOwn ongoing optimization, performance improvements, and operational support post-launchOperational Efficiency & AI Enablement:Identify and eliminate manual, fragmented, or brittle workflows across teamsReplace disconnected tools and processes with scalable internal systemsDrive practical adoption of AI and automation technologies across business functionsImprove operational efficiency through automation and intelligent workflow designCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunitiesAlign technical solutions with operational and business objectivesCommunicate project status, tradeoffs, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related technical builder roleExperience building and shipping software, internal tools, or AI-powered systems end-to-endProven track record defining, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI applicationsExperience owning both product and technical decisions from problem definition through operational launchExperience building internal systems that drive measurable operational or business impactExperience with AI-driven workflows, automation systems, or intelligent operational tooling preferredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experienceStrong product management skills, including prioritization, scoping, requirements definition, and tradeoff analysisAbility to design and implement systems that integrate AI models, data, and operational workflowsStrong debugging, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills in applied environmentsAbility to build systems that are reliable, observable, scalable, and maintainableStrong understanding of AI-powered systems and real-world production applicationsAbility to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutionsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to operate independently and manage both product and technical decision-makingCompensation PackageThe salary range is $162,435 - $191,100.
