Puppet Engineer

Job Description You will responsible for all the jobs done using Puppet as a tool in the Vm ware environment. From implementation to execution and to the trouble shooting will be your responsibility. Skills required: Minimum 4 - 5 years experience with DevOps practices and automation tooling Must have Strong Puppet Development experience Must have working knowledge of Linux Operating System Good to have working knowledge of Ruby and should have understanding on ERB templates Familiarity with Agile frameworks Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Must have working experience on Bash shell scripting Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Strong organizational skills Roles & Responsibilities:: Review and analyze system specifications Design, development, and support of automation modules using Puppet Enterprise integrated with enterprise metadata Collaborate with Automation architect to develop and automate the application Adhere to the process and security standards when building application infrastructure Understanding of application code and build scripts Help troubleshoot issues Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science, MS in Engineering or Equivalent Clear and sharp understanding of PowerShell Scripting.
