This role demands a deep background in optoelectronic hardware and optical systems engineering, along with a proven history of delivering both low- and high-volume products from concept through mass production.You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electronic, packaging, and optical engineers and collaborate closely with executive leadership to align engineering initiatives with business goals.
