Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Master Control Operator based in Miami, FL. The Master Control Operator will monitor and manage broadcasts, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure the seamless operation of media equipment, and execute channel playlists. Additional responsibilities include supervising live events, maintaining accurate logs, ensuring compliance with broadcast standards, and promptly addressing any disruptions to ensure broadcast continuity. Qualifications Experience with broadcast operations, media equipment, and channel playlist managementTechnical troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage broadcast-related disruptions effectivelyFamiliarity with uplink, downlink, and signal processing for satellite and internet distribution platformsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic understanding of compliance and broadcasting regulationsRelevant certifications in broadcast operations is a plusPrevious experience in live event management is a valued asset
