Candidates for the CLO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in the lending sector, with a proven track record in senior-level roles. A strong background in consumer lending, particularly in dealer finance, and experience in mortgage or business lending is highly valued. The successful candidate will be adept at managing competing priorities, maintaining high service standards, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization's long-term financial goals. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required, with a master's degree strongly preferred, and prior experience in a credit union setting is a plus.
