Senior Clinical Liaison - Inpatient Rehab
One Select Senior Clinical LiaisonThis position will refer patients to both Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals as well as Inpatient Rehabilitation HospitalsFull-time Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus rotating weekend coverageResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Senior Liaison assists with strategic growth initiatives in the market. The Senior Liaison helps train and mentor team members and steps in to cover for other liaisons, admissions coordinators, and the Director of Business Development when they are off.Other responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison position include:Contributes as part of the sales leadership teamCoaches liaisons in the fieldAssists in rolling out new strategies and initiativesHelps liaisons complete clinical evaluations during busy timesSteps into vacant positions on the team, when necessaryReviews all patients referred for admission and helps with the patient transition period into the hospital.Interviews patient, family, physician, and discharge planners to gather information and determine special needs.Communicates with payor sources as requiredQualificationsMinimum QualificationsValid State Clinical License requiredBachelor's degree required3 years of related experience required.
