Mechanical Electrical Assembler
Job TitleAssemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components and subassemblies.Build wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and perform electrical wire terminations.Install compute, power, control, and sensor systems.Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.Perform functional testing, inspections, and basic calibration.Identify, troubleshoot, and report build defects or quality issues.Rework, repair, and refurbish production units as required.Maintain production documentation, serial number tracking, and build records.Support kitting, material handling, inventory accuracy, final assembly, and shipment preparation.Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards while maintaining an organized work area.Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience in industries such as robotics, automotive, aerospace, construction, electronics, or electrical services.Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical assembly.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Basic English communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including occasional outdoor or non-climate-controlled conditions.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and overhead work.Experience with wiring harnesses, cable routing, and wire termination.Experience assembling electromechanical systems or robotics.Knowledge of ESD-safe manufacturing practices.Drone or autonomous vehicle assembly experience is a plus.
