Role: Outside Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:We are looking for aggressive sales representatives with a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about winning. This position requires managing territory activities to drive sales and market share growth through approved sales and marketing strategies, while providing outstanding customer service within the assigned territory.Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission and bonusesLocation: 730 Division Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07201Benefits:Medical, Dental and VisionLife/AD&D InsuranceLong‐Term Disability (LTD)Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)401(k) Retirement PlanJob Responsibilities:Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospectsDevelop and support IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors within the assigned areaOrganize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needsGrow customer base by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accountsMaintain and manage a robust sales pipeline through CRM toolsMeet with Branch Manager regularly to review sales pipeline and market strategyDrive year-over-year growth in product and sales market sharePresent products and programs weekly to qualified contractors and buildersConduct product training sessions and demos with customersRespond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely mannerGenerate leads and cold call to develop new business opportunitiesAttend company-provided meetings, trainings, and events as requiredInvestigate and resolve product quality issues within the territoryFollow all company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or 3–5 years inside sales experience ready to move into an outside roleExperience in the building products industry, especially with roofing contractors, builders, or architects, is preferred but not requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamProven success in meeting and exceeding sales goalsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMust successfully pass a background and credit checkLiberty Roofing Center is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
