Job DescriptionPosition: Applications Developer- Web (.NET)-Sr/Project ManagementLocation: Lincoln, NEDuration: 2 yearsRequirements:* Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree in Web Development/Web Design or hold a Technical Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ years web development experience).* Perform daily Project Management tasks as necessary.* Experience leading a team of developers required.* Experience in software development utilizing Agile with SCRUM required.* Perform daily tasks of analysis, programming and testing as needed.* Assist with; capturing business requirements, design, .NET architecture and development and creation of test plans/test scripts to aid in QA/QC.* Develop applications in MVC pattern with MSF C#.NET, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML that interact with the Department's Information Systems.* Perform front-end, middle-tier and back-end development.* Extremely detailed oriented and able to follow Department standards.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Candidate must work on-site at Department of Roads, Lincoln, NE.* Regular and reliable attendance is required.Experience with:* Test Driven Development* Telerik Tool set* ADO.NET/Entity Framework based data access services using C#Preferences:* Experience with all aspects of project management.* Experience with application development in accounting/financial systems is preferred, but not required.* Experience with training Developers is a plus.* Experience with SSRS reports is preferred, but not required.* Project Management certification desired, but not required.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryFunction: Health Care ProviderExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Staffing And Recruiting
