The WCB requires assistancewith the development support, maintenance, and enhancement of theHealth Provider Administration (HPA) system during the initiatives.--- Day-to-Day Tasks --- Participate in meetings to gather business requirements Conduct and participate in technical design meetings Document requirements and solutions Create technical specifications based on approved businessRequirements Design, code, test, and implement software modules Review code and test results of other programmers Create physical database work tables and temporary tables andindexes Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing Helpdesk Tickets (Day to Day questions, issues, and enhancements).
